At GetupforChange Trust, our mission has always been to make the RTI filing process simple and accessible to all citizens. However, due to limited resources, we are making some temporary changes to ensure we can continue to serve you effectively.

• What's Changing?
  • We will continue to accept RTI applications with drafting support but will temporarily pause call support to applicants.
  • Our team will still ensure high-quality drafting and submission of RTIs, but we won't be able to provide phone assistance at this time.
  • We are actively working on AI-based RTI drafting, which will allow users to draft RTIs for free. A beta version of this tool will be released soon!
• Why This Change?
  • Handling calls takes significant time, making it difficult to process RTIs efficiently with our current resources.
  • We want to accelerate the launch of an AI-powered RTI drafting tool that will enable more citizens to file RTIs for free.
  • This adjustment allows us to continue offering RTI drafting services while focusing on long-term improvements.

  • If you need help filing an RTI, you can still submit your request through our drafting-only service.
