Marksheet for b.a(h) economics,annial -2012-13

I have passed from deshbandhu(morning) college,kalkaji(university of delhi) in year 2013 (annual) but my original mark sheet of third year are yet not available please tell about it if u have any information about the delay.
i have tried to contact my college several times but they are not sure about the mark sheets and they ask me to contact south campus. every time i call south campus office they say mark sheets are yet not available.
as i want to pursue my post graduation, they require my original mark sheet to confirm that i am a graduate. mark sheet which i have been provided by my college deshbandhu morning is a mere attestation of internet copy by administrative officer of my college.
please guide me what i am suppose to do.i will be very great full to u.
