I want information about ccc & ccc+ course in babasaheb ambedkar open university is valid in gujarat state?
if not? from when the certificates are not valid?
why it was invalid?

1. i had done my m. pharm from bombay college of pharmacy, kalina, santacruz (east), mumbai in year 2008-2010. i had taken admission on merit basis of my gate qualification.
2. as per statute and regulation i had supposed to receive scholarship/ stipend of rs. 8000/- per month and i have received the same for first year i.e. for the year 2008-2009 but for the academic year 2009-2010 (second year) i have not received any scholarship / stipend amount.
3. we asked college about the non -payment of the stipend but college told us that the aicte has not granted there stipend giving reason that it is decided in the meeting at aicte that “ students of batch 2008-2010 are not liable to get stipend as they are already passed out of the college.”
4. as a student of the batch of the year 2008-2010 i request you to provide me following information:
a. the number and names of students enrolled in bombay college of pharmacy for the year 2008-2009
b. the correspondence between the bombay college of pharmacy and aicte in respect of the grant of stipend for years 2008-2009 & 2009-2010.
c. the minutes of meeting in which the above decision was taken in respect of students of 2008-2009 batch ( 2nd year) of bombay college of pharmacy.
d. names and designations of the peoples who attended the meeting in which above decision was taken.
e. details about the provision of law above decision was taken.
g. details regarding release of fellowship/stipend for the m. pharm academic batch from 2008-2010 for all the colleges under mumbai university approved by aicte.
h. the reason of “ why have the students of bombay college of pharmacy for the academic year 2008-2010 not given their due fellowship/stipend despite qualifying gate exams and fulfilling other aicte requirements?”
i. the reason of “how can aicte consider students as passed out and not consider them for fellowship, since the students of bombay college of pharmacy have never received the fellowship/stipend for the academic year 2008-2010?”

I am a b-tech student of gandhi institute of technology and management ,bhubaneswar,eee,regd-******,bput,odisha.my 8th semester paper "electrical power quality" has been checked very carelesly...which is very less than my expected result..i also applied for rechecking but no respond till now...which plays vital role in my aggregate mark and percentage.so i need the help of rti for reevaluation as soon as possible........
