Applied for duplicate marksheet of my sslc exam

I have applied for duplicate mark-sheet of my sslc exam in the year 2011 , but i didn't received the mark-sheet or any information from the relevant officer . so, i need my duplicate mark-sheet for my higher education or employment purpose. i need explanation from the relevant district educational officer and my school head master.

As per final result of recruitment, 8 seats of ex servicemen cat are filled with gen cat (open cat). i, roll no 2201002445, ramanand was in spl cat reserved for nsg/spl forces out of ex s cat and secured 197.25. eventhough a candidate who secured197.50 marks got selection. if this vacancies filled by ex s/spl cat, i may got my name in selection list. please let me to know what is the present state of the selection.

Mismatch in paper setting during online examination.

Respected sir/madam,
myself is hiren patel from ahmedabad.i had applied for the common writen examination for specialist officers in ibps 19 public sector bank joint exam scheme.
in advertisement for same,we were informed that there would be four sections in exam.
1)reasoning
2)quantitative aptitude
3)english
4)proffetional knowledge.
in proffetional knowledge section,we were assured that questions will be asked from our respective branch of study only.
i applied for the branch under electronics & communication,but in exam,i found only 6 questions out of 50.rest of were from mechanical,civil,marketing and finance field which are far away from my field.finally i got failed.
in between,i had also tried to contact ibps,but lines seemed to be busy every time.i also mailed them for the inconvinience,but they didnt resolve the problem.
i mailed the below.
"respected sir/madam,
myself is hiren patel from ahmedabad.i appeared for the cwe of spl,conducted by ibps at ahmedabad center for the post of technical officer-1 in electronics & communication field.
in exam,i found only 6 question from ec field out of 50 in proffetional section.there were about 12-13 mechanical questions,10 civil questions and rest were from marketing and finance field.all this questions are far away from my fiels of study.
kindly give the appropriate resolution as i am demanding re-test.
kindly help me as i have worked so hard for this exam.
since i have no job for last one year,i have been preparing for this exam.

after this reply,they didn't give me any other reply.
i want the justice as i worked so hard to got succeed in that exam,but due to mismatchment of papers,i got failed.
kindly take the relavant action and try to arrange re-exam for me.
