The status of migration certificate and provisional degree

with due respect and humble submission i want to draw your attention toward my query.
my name is vishal kumar roll no 1012lbit0631 and i have done my bachelor degree (bsc. it) from ksou on january 2013. after that i have applied for migration certificate and provisional degree on 18 august 2016 with fulfilling all the formalities at university campus (mysore). according to rules as per written in the application form the migration certificate and provisional degree would be delivered at given address within sixteen working days. but it's been one and half month and i didn't receive my documents at my given address.
so i request you to look into the matter as soon as possible. it will be great help for me .
