This is subject to rti that 2nd. year of nursing and midwifery
exams ( year - 1994 to 1996 ) which was conducted by bihar nursing council, affiliated by inc delhi and trained and exams
taken by bokaro general hospital sail, bsl. whether the 2nd. year examination was internal or what was it.
there is no record of such examination at any above concerned authority to meet fruitful need.
