Upsc newdelhi conducted online homoeopathic medical officer/research officer test on 27 april 2014 at various centres in bhopal, nagpur, lucknow, delhi, kolkata and chennai. there are many discrepancies in conduction of exams like seats were allotted after verifying the id cards of candidates and their fingerprints. however, on entering the lab, they were told to sit wherever they wanted. it was a free for all – a group of friends could sit side by side on respective computers and answer the questions with their ‘combined’ knowledge.no checking for mobiles or accessory materials. candidates kept everything with them.these affairs are against principles of natural justice, and grossly unfair to meritoriuos candidates waiting since 6 years for upsc vacancies. an examination of such a magnitude has been conducted in a worse manner than our school’s term-end examinations.we complaint upsc hat time but inspite taking any action,upsc declared results on 3 june 2014.we are feeling very disappointment.we need to know what necessary action was taken after that complaints.
Information regarding - aicte scholarship for gate qualified candidates

I am persuing m.e. course in software engineering from jadavpur university...
i have qualified 2013 gate exam. as per aicte rules , i deserve to get rs. 8000 per month as scholarship... almost my first year is coming to an end... but i haven't received any scholarship amount yet....
my colleagues are receiving scholarship amount without any obstacle...
i would like to know if there is any legal issue which is not allowing me to get my scholarship...
if there is no legal issue, how long i have to wait to get my scholarship.....please start my scholarship facility as my financial condition is not good....

Information regarding - essential qualification for the post of assistant professor in college cadre

In the judgement of honourable high court against cwp no. 2386 of 2014 and other connected cases, it is clearly mentioned that all candidates who have phd degree awarded to their name are eligible to apply for the post of assistant professor against the advt. no. 7, 1396 temporary posts of assistant professor (college cadre), date of publication: 24.01.2014.
i need two information:
1. will hpsc now accept applications from candidates who are not petitioners in the high court proceedings and not qualified net but have phd degree awarded to their name.
2. after the judgement to cwp no. 2386 of 2014, what is the essential criteria according to hpsc for the selection of assistant professor in college cadre.
