Information regrading - transfer of pf account

Hi,
i had requested the transfer of my pf amount from ibm india private limited (epf office k r puram bangalore) to fidelity invetments(epf office k r puram bangalore) and the amount of rs. 64059(employer contribution )& 35965(employer share)has been transferred to fidelity invetments on 01/03/2014(trannsaction date). however, the difference of amount of employee and employer is huge and fidelity or ibm is not sure or giving any details due to non-receipt of annexure k from epf office k r puram bangalore. please find below my details:

I) i would like to know about the provident fund due in the a/c no -********** of ward memorial church school which is situate a kharida kharagpur , paschnim midnapur. west bengal,
ii) what step were taken in case of defaulter to realize the amount in accordance with the provision of 07 sec 8-b to sec 8g of epf & mp act 1952,
iii) what action were taken if any , towards the recovery officers responsible recovery of such dues which is hard earn money of employee were deducted. by employer & their own contribution to wards employee ,
