Dear sir/madam, pls clarify the process for withdrawal of pf, as i had submitted my all documents on 11 jan 2013 in pf office but still the concerned officer denies to make my payments. i am very upset from this type of behavior. pls help to get my payment on urgent basis. waiting for reply.

i have applied for the pf withdrawl claim (forms: 19, and 10/c) for the settlement of my residual balance, which was pending in your office after your office has received from wipro systems pf trust. further, i have received an acknowledgement copy dated jan 07, 2013 from igate computer systems limited.
i have received a letter(mh/pf/ban/rti/accts-40/357 dated jan 28, 2013) in responsponse to my rti application, which was filed on dec 29, 2012 regarding my claim information.
also i have received a copy of another letter mh/pf/ban/accts-40/t-06/576 dated feb 11, 2013 from pf office, mumbai subject to pf office, bangalore regarding enquiry about the a/c no. ****.
i did not receive any further communication and i would like to know the status of my pf claim.
for your information, the a/c. **** has been already settled in 2011 and this a/c is not live.
hence, i request you to speed up the claim process of my pf residual balance. kindly deposit the pending pf balance amount to my savings bank a/c: *****, citibank at the earliest.
