I had applied for withdrawal of my pf from my previous employer and have waited for a long period for confirmation of the same. my requested pf withdrawal has not been processed.

Dear sir,
this is regarding my pf account no. *********** name -********** , as i have applied in epf office dehradun at 01/12/2014 to withdrawal my provident fund , but even after spend 5 month epf still not reach in my account .
on the epf dehradun website it is showing that pf amount send to bank , but still it's not reaching to my account.
i just want to know the current status, as where it is stuck.
