Information regarding- the reasons for rejection of pf withdrawal.

I had applied for withdrawal of my pf from my previous employer(cognizant technology solutions india pvt. ltd.) at the time of leaving the company(leaving date : 6th june,2014) and did all the formalities as was asked that time.but three months ago i got a message from chennai pf office that my pf withdrawal request was rejected and rejection letter was under dispatch.i have not received the letter till now and am unable to understand what is the reason for rejection.
please inform me about the rejection reason and course of actions,if needed,from my side to get my pf.

I had applied for withdrawal of my pf from my previous employer and have waited for a long period for confirmation of the same. my requested pf withdrawal has not been processed.
following are my pf withdrawal details:
my epf account number : py/bom/10088/******* previous employer : infosys limited
withdrawal application date : 30 - april -2015
please confirm status of my epf and advise the reason for the delay.
