Provident fund balance not updated.

I did my provident fund transfer of previous company provident office to current provident office which is done on 1 mar 2012. but still my current pf account balance is not showing my transferred balance. also registered grievance not resolved since 3 months.
below are the details of the grievance.
my grievance has been registered in epfigms vide registration number **/**/**/**** and has been sent to:
officer's name:********** address of the concerned officer : ********** phone number :*******email id : *****@gmail.com
hope my previous company "***********", ******* office, maharashtra pf amount which is transferred by request of form-13 will get updated in the current account immediately. waiting for your quick action.

I left my last job on 7th oct 2011 and applied for employee provident fund withdrawal on same date. however till date, i haven't received my provident fund amount. my provident fund number is : ********** . the establishment (*********) for whom i used to work is registered with kandivali(mumbai) provident fund office.
i would like to seek following information from provident fund office, kandivali (mumbai) :
1. what is the total amount which i am entitled to receive ?
2. what is the current status of withdrawal application that i submitted on 7th oct 2011 through my previous employer ?
3. whether provident fund will be directly transferred to account number that i provided in the form ?if yes, provide time required for same.
4. within how many days, i can expect to receive provident fund amount considering it has already more than 1 year 8 months since i submitted the withdrawal application.
