Dear sir/madam,
i have filed divorce case with my wife so for that case i require some proof to show in court.
my wife was married and divorced before but she lied to me she even had a daughter from her first husband.
i just need that how many times *****(daughter of ***************) birth certificate had taken and whom(date and names of person). same of ***************(date and names of person).
****** and ******** are same it is just her name got changed after my wife had divorced from first husband.
i need information are they both from same parents some kind of document showing this.
when did the name got changed from ***** to ********gazette form or certificate showing this information)

I, *** completed my b.tech during the academic year 2009-10 bearing university registration no:***.due to the delay in convocation process for 2006-10 b.tech pass out batch, i was awarded with provisional degree certificate having expiry date :14.09.2011.
in reference to the university notification bput/858 dated 08.03.2012 university issued notification to colleges to college the degree certificate for my batch. but after several attempt from my side ,i am unable to trace the where about status of my original degree certificate and till date clueless in this effect.
as i am out of odisha, requesting you to kindly initiate steps to dispatch my original degree certificate from university side to the address of correspondence address mentioned above and share the amount need to be paid from my end towards the same including courier/postal charge incurred due to the same (with details of payee through dd).

i have competed my bachelor of electronics and software technology from lad college seminary hills nagpur (nagpur university ) i would like to do further education in the same regard i need my transfer certificate with mention of my cast but they have given my leaving certificate without mention cast i request the same certificate with cast indication but they asking about 12th or 10th leaving certificate but i already submitted 12th leaving certificate at lad college and i have no photo copy of leaving certificate then i apply my school for duplicate leaving certificate but they told that we can not issued duplicate so please help me to issue 12th duplicate leaving certificate i completed my 12th board of secondary education madhya pradesh bhopal in 2008 center no ****** school no ****** enrollment/registration no a04/782053/021 regular roll number *******
