I belong to falda village in uttrakhand, garhwal. my father had valid domicile. recently i and my brother also applied for domicile certificate. my brother got one but our village pradhan refused to consider me as i am married to non-garhwali.
i want to know following
1. do i, as a daughter, have equal rights to get domicile as my brother had?
2. who do i approach if village pradhan is not helping?
3. where can i get detailed guideline for the domicile applicability?
