How many employes or thier children of central government( eg: barc & isro which come under prime mister office) who had mental disability more than 40% ( when were taking thier chss benefits from thier respective hospitals & had already been given disability certificate for more than 40% ) when approached thier respective city civil hospitals were given a disability certificate of more than 40% or were treated as not having disability less than 40% for incurable diseases like sizoperina & other mental disorder .
