Decision on rectification application

i have filed my rectification request (for income tax return ay 2010 -11) by hand to the ward circle 14(1) with acknowledgement on 20- jul-2012 and followed up with the concern ward about the decision. again i have filed my rectification reminder request on 25- feb-2013 with same ward by hand with acknowledgement.
but i have neither received any response nor my account got corrected till date. hence seeking the response from the concern ward through rti route.

I have file the income tax return but refund amount not credited in my idbi saving bank a/c 01310400007894. bank details submit with itr.
Tds refund not received after six months.

I am private employee. my agent had submitted my tds refund paper to income tax department, jaipur office on 8th august 2012. my pan no. is biwps3383r. moreover, website for tds refund is also not showing reason for delay. though most of the employee with me have received their tds.
please look into the matter and let me know.
