I am *** w/o lt cdr *** my husband is working in indian navy as a lieutenant commander in kochi, kerala.my interim maintenance case with domestic violence no.665/14, is going on in jamnagar court, gujarat. i want current my husband salary slip for presenting to the honorable judge at jamnagar for granting of maintenance for me and for my daughter(3 years old) . please send to me, my husband current salary slip with income tax return papers as soon as possible.
Information regarding - non deposition of salary tax deducted from my salary for the year 2008-09,2009-10 and 2010-11

I am working in nuclear power corporation. my income tax is being deducted from my monthly salary by department and it is submitted to i.t.office on quarterly basis.
for the block year 2008-09,2009-10 and 2010-11 my total i.tax is deducted in kakrapar atomic power station in distt.-tapi,gujarat. but a later date i came to know from it web site that the deducted tax is not deposited by department to i.t.office. when i enquire the same then the concerned accounts official ms.***dy. manager told that there is some human error and due to that this problem has come. she promised to take corrective action but since last 06 months, i have not got any correction in my 26as form which is required to be updated to rectify the issue.
i like to know that when this problem will be resolved to avoid any penalty for not payment of tax.
please give the complete details and also to rectify the issue from kapp a/c side..
