Following are the details of my income tax refund claim:
pan number : ******** financial year : 2007-2008
ward/circle no : v(4)
refund amount : 7600
as of date, i have not received my refund. please advise the reason for the delay. i have sent cancelled cheque to the said address but i have not got any status update after that. please follow up and do the needful. many thanks and regards*********

Information regarding - over charging of tax bill

I am owing a property in pune, hadapsar area since july 2012.
the property tax that i get is approximately rs.8000 and above. the flat next door get the tax bill of approx. rs.5000. i have made various complaints to hadapsar pmc office as well i have filled pt-3 form and submitted to pmc office for the correction of the bill.
now its been over an year i m contacting the concerned authorities, however they are not ready to correct that.
the person responsible for this is mr. ********
