my name is **** **** **** and i live in bangalore. i filed my it returns in the year 2011. for the fy 2011-12 i was supposed to receive the returns amount upto rs ******/-
but till today at the time of filing this rti. i have not received a single penny.
the agent with whom i filed the returns says the it department has credited the money and yet it does not show me the credit.
i regularly check my account.
please provide the details and help me track the payment. my pan number is ******.

i have got a letter from income tax department mentioning to pay an outstanding tax of rs.****** for ay 2008-09. but as far as i remember, i have paid all the taxes. for comparison on my part and to submit it to the assessing officer, i am in need of form 26as for ay 2008-09 which is not available online. please help me out in this.
