hello,
regarding: status of tax refund
i am yet to receive my refund cheque for the financial year 2010-11. the status on tax information network website shows that the cheque was sent to me by speed post (ref no:cmps0994975, speedpost ref no: en079182378in).
as per details available with speed post website, the cheque was dispatched from hyderabad on 3rd may, 2013 and returned undelivered on 8th may,2013.
as per the instruction available on tax information network webisite(https://www.tin-nsdl.com/faq/faq-refund.php), i sent a letter request to process reissue of my refund with updated correspondence address on 10th may 2013 (speed post reference no:en404443583in). as per information available on speed post website, the letter was delivered to you on 13th may,2013.
kindly provide me with the following information requested under the purview of the right to information act, 2005.
relevant details:
applicant ***pan number: aacp***filing acknowledgement number: *** and for financial year 2010-11
income tax return filed on date: 31-07-2011
it return filed city/office – additional commissioner of income tax, hyderabad
it ward no.: range 12
tax refund amount: rs. 1,57,422 /-
particulars of information required: as per list mentioned below
1) what is the status of request to reissue the refund?
2) what is the timeframe stipulated by rules under which the refund reissue request will be handle?
3) how much more time is required for refund reissue request to be processed? when can i expect the refund now?
4) if there are other reasons for not processing refund request, please provide the detailed reasons for the same.
5) since the initial refund request was dispatched on may 3rd 2013, will the interest on refund be calculated till may 3rd 2013? if not, please give reasons for the same.
6) if there is further delay in processing the refund reissue request, will interest be paid on the time period involving this delay?

information regarding green tax which they are charging from each vehicles those who comes from other state ,sir i want to know who uses the money ,who is accountable for that money ,if this is for development of all district of himachal then tell mee how much money till date is used and in which district. so sir this is a humble request from you to give the details of the money which is usedsince 2011 till now date .thak you very much
