Would like to get hte current status of a defaulted nbfc company

Would like to know details regarding rbf(royapettah benefit fund – chennai) a nbfc company which had defaulted nearly rs 400 crores to the depositors.
1. who were the directors then & what action has been taken against those directors to recover the money of the depositors.
2. who is handling the case now.
3. please provide details of the people who had taken loan from this company and the details of the amount that they have repaid so far.
4. please provide details of the action taken against the loan defaulters to recover the loan amount.
5. how much money has been recovered from the loanees so far and how much is refunded to the depositors so far.

Under the ftp, chapter 68 ,there is a restriction of importing slabs under the value of $ 60 per sq mt. marble slabs can only be imported into india, if there cif price is over $.60.00 per sq. meter.
we need to know the logic/reason behind this restriction as the marble slabs are available abroad at $.40.00 per sq. meter.
