Not get refund on automatic cancelled rail ticket

My rail ticket of pnr no:********** (journey date 18th nov. 2012) was cancelled because of no room at the time of chart preparation, but i am not refund back the ticket money.
so i filed tdr but they regret, by mail dated 8th feb 2013 with reason it was automatically refunded as per rule. application letter no was ***********. i have checked my account, i have not found the refund money.
from feb 2013, last four months, i am just asking to irctc about transaction no. and refund date for the same if they have refunded, but i am not getting any satisfactory reply.
request you to please let me know the transaction no. and refund date of my ticket of pnr no:**********, if refunded. else please arrange to refund the same.
Manipulations in financial statements of icai faridabad branch

Dear sir, i am a chartered accountant (member of icai) & i have gone through the balance sheet of icai (faridabad branch) for the financial year 2011-12 & it was noticed that the expenses incurred by branch are not commensurate with the size & the nature of such organisation, may be there is misutilization of various grants which they are receiving from our head office (icai, vishwasnagar), as each & every member has a right to review such statements because we are icai.
so, i request you to please intervene such things or make enquiries & i apologise for filing the complaint in cic mistakenly due to ignorance of procedure

Delay in processing of pan application

I had applied for changes in my pan data in second week of may.
there was discrepancy noted in the proof of address to which i replied on 21st may submitting a soft copy of the required proof of address.i received a confirmation for receipt of the same on email from the tin team on 22nd may.
on 4th june, i received the same discrepancy mail again from the tin team regarding the proof of address. on calling the tin call center, i was informed that the document submitted by me on 21st may was not yet updated in their system by their back end team and the reason for the same was unknown. i again submitted the soft copy of proof of address on 4th june. i was orally assured that within 4 days the documents would be verified.
however till today the status of my application on the nsdl website remains the same and the verification of the documents has not yet started.
everytime i call up at the tin call center i receive a standard reply that the work would be done in the next 2-3 days but nothing happens.
delay in receiving the pan with the corrected details will also delay the submission of my income tax returns.
i need to know the reason why my application is not being processed even after i have already submitted all the required documents almost 20 days back.
