Dda society flat - conversion from lease hold to free hold

I applied for conversion of my group housing society flat from lease hold to free hold more than 90 days back by directly filing the application at dda office.

i have not heard anything from dda in spite of accepting the application and the payment towards the conversion.

can i know the reason for not responding to my application till date.

Issue driving licence

I would like to know how many driving licences were issued by the department in the year 2010 with details of the following

1) total number of driving licences issued.
2) total number of driving licences issued in colored format.
3) total number of driving licences issued in black & white format due to unavailability of color ink at offices.
4) is there a provision to get black & white dl converted.
5) is the b/w licence issued by the department valid in the country.
