1. daily progress made on my application till date of your reply.
2. names, designations and office addresses of the officials with whom my application was lying during this period and date wise period with each official and action taken by him/her.
3. please give evidence of receipt and dispatch of my application in the offices of each of these officials.
4. please inform me, according to your rules or citizens charter or any other order, number of days in which such a matter should have been dealt with and resolved. please also provide a copy of these rules.
8. please let me know when i am likely to receive my passport.
find the application fee for the request attached with this application. if you feel that above requested information does not pertain to your department then please follow the provisions of section 6(3) of the rti act, 2005/also as per the provisions of the rti act, 2005 please provide the details (name and designation) of the first appellate authority w.r.t to your department with the reply to the above request., where i may if required file my first appeal.

To know current status of my passport and when i will get my passport even my police verification and liu verification has been done before 3 months

I, **** ****, applied for passport on 17 sept., 2012, got cause notice regarding police verification on 15 dec., 2012 and i gave personally explanation regarding that cause notice at jaipur regional passport office in front of passport officer and whatever he asked to further proceeding of my passport file, i have sent to him (all the needful documents and information what he asked) by registered post on 20 dec., 2012, after that until 2nd week of feb, 2013 i did not receive any response than again i met to passport officer personally at jaipur regional passport officer in 3rd week of feb, 2013 then police verification came to my present address on 4 march, 2013 and liu verification on 19 march, 2013, but even my police verification and liu verification has been done (its almost 3 months) i do not get my passport yet and also there is no online update regarding my file.
so please i want to know what is current status of my passport and when i will have my passport.

What is the procedure to close the passport application if the reference number/file number of the application is misplaced? the regional passport officer coimbatore has told that there is no way ahead to close the application and no new application can be submitted.
