Passport not delivered yet

Hello sir
i applied for passport in october 2012. my file no. is g.z.b.z.-560 z564171 and police inquiry has also been completed on 26th september ,2012 and afterwards submitted to gzaziabad office.my passport has not been delivered yet.please help me in this matter under right to information act, 2005.

Respected sir,
i was filed a application for passport on 6th july 2012 in bhubaneswar for fresh passport along with fees. they said, once police verification completed you will receive your passport shortly.
police verification already completed before 7 month still now the passport processing is not complete. i am applying for different job and employers are asking about passport which i was applied and still not received.
my details are

passport file no -*******************application date - 6th july 2012.
