My passport application details:

dear sir/madam,reference to the passport app no. ****** dated 06/05/2016, i would like to bring you kind notice the problem i am facing. verification subjected to this application is still pending on account of sahpur (kangra) police station , where as i have completed all the formalities pertaining to the same by end of june 2016, now it is end of sep 2016, when i inquired at psk shimla , the told that my verification is still pending regarding passport application , at this i again call sahpur (kangra) my local police station for the same , they said it all has been completed at their end, but at all the verification is pending , so i am in confusion where is fault when one side saying we have completed verification and other saying (psk) that it does not reach to them till now, kindly look into the matter and resolve the issue and oblige me.your immediate action in this regard will be highly appreciable. i am still waiting for its delivery. please advise the reason for the delay.
