Legal ownership of land under survey nos. ***

I a citizen of india, request you to kindly provide me the following information under the right to information act, 2005
1) please provide the names of persons who are legal owners of the land under survey numbers *** in previous 7 years (2005-2012) till present and to whom; it was transferred/sold within this period. please provide certified copies of all such records in this regard within mentioned period of time.
2) i shall pay any additional fees as is demanded by the public information officer towards cost of information, provided the public information officer explains along with a reasoned order in writing the details of all the charges and calculations as to how he arrived at the charges so demanded.
3)other relevant reference, if any :
earlier survey no: *** resurvey no: ***,block 5,panchayat: pallichal

I want to know all possible details of the lands registered in my name in trivandrum, kerala. its measurement, survey numbers, directions and all other necessary informations pertaining to the same.
1) can i get these details through rti from concerned department in trivandrum, kerala.
2) what are the minimum details needed to be furnished for the above mentioned query under rti trivandrum, kerala. will the name and present address do for the above.
3) can i avail certified copies of the same under rti trivandrum, kerala. what about attested copies.
4) if i cant receive the informations quod vide 1) 2) & 3) under rti trivandrum, kerala. then how else (the procedures to be followed; from where; time limits & costs beared) do i get these informations.
