details:-
i invested in a property in a township named as “bollineni hill side” promoted by bscpl infrastrucre limited, site office @ bollineni hill side, chennai,600126 .
a) i purchased a 2 bhk apartment measuring 1313.80 sq.ft of built up area on 4th floor of block 34 a ( silt plus 4 floors) and a covered car park area in the slit.
b) i was offered with an undivided share of land (uds) measuring 715.58 sq.ft on a piece and parcel of land admeasuring 93862.08 sq.ft located in survey nos .414/2a2, 414/2a3, 414/ 2b4, 414/ 2b6e (old no. 414 / 2b7) part and 414/8..( registered sale deed document no. 533 dated 23rd january 2014, saliyur sro).
c) the subject matter was referred to the member secretary cmda on 19.04.2016 and corresponding response from addl.director, land revenue and registration department survey house , chepak chennai 600005, ref no.15014/ss-11(1)/ 2016-1 , dt.06.05.2016 cc to ; government asst.secretary.
my enquiry is about:
q1) particular survey number 414 /2 b6e mentioned in both registered sale deed and construction agreement does not match with the cmda planning permit no.7750 dt 26.12.2012 and cmda completion certificate (letter ref.no. ec/ccw/s/940/2014 dt.25.02.2014).
q2).government ec record still reflect the same old survey no. 414 / 2b6e, and where as the other records of cmda and co-relation certificate issued by tashildar sholinganallur ( ref. ca no: 514 dated 27.7.2012 ) reflect land survey no as : 414/ 2b 6e1.
q3) i would like to know the correct and valid survey no as on 01.01.2014, for the piece and parcel of land bearing survey no for 414 / 2 b6e and survey no 414/ 2b6e1.
q4) very importantly, what is the legal status of land bearing survey no 414/ 2 b6e1 as of 11.02.2014 and its ownership?
