1.how much payment is due from amrapali to noida authotity as on date.
2.copy of letters sent to amrapali by noida authority on the follow up of payment due.

3.copy of letters by noida authority to amrapali (builder) regarding actions noida authotity shall take in case amrapali continues to delay payments.

4.copy of allotment agreement between noida authority and amrapali for the plot alloted for zodiac project.

5.copy of the contractual terms which state the actions noida authority can take against the builder in cases of default.

6. documents showing unsold inventory of amrapali in their noida projects.

7.documents showing the current value of unsold inventory of amrapali in noida projects

8.documents showing whether or not noida authotity has the power to recover its dues from the unsold inventory of the builder.

Hi sir,
i have planned to take a flat from bvs pinnacle. this property survey number is 4/2a under bhoganahalli village under bangalore east,vathur-2.

i would like to know if builder has applied for oc(occupation certificate) and cc(commencement certificate). and whether it is going to be approved.
