(i) why three different type of work is required to be done by a single bidder?
(ii) why not three separate tenders have been floated for the three different works?
(iii)what is the basis of fixing the qualification criteria in terms of having done similar work and the financial capability?
(iv) how can a single bidder have the expertise of doing three different kind of specialized works?
