myself prasad kiran mhamane wanted details of my grandfathers late. jagannath krushna mhamane s property situated at village-newari,tal-kadegaon,distt-sangli,maharashtra-415311 gut no-2786,khata no-593.as 3 month before i was visited to talathi office for issuing 7/12 extract of same property,the talathi officer refusing me to give 7/12 on my grindfathers name for 7 r land which was balanced after sold out the land on same gut no.before 6-7 month same khata was active ,but after application of issuance of 7/12 extract the talathi officer closed same account of my grandfathers name and transfer the same property on someone else account.i have seen the khata book and account ,khata was closed without mentioning any pher phar no. on khata book,please see the attached photo of khata book.as of now i have visited 2-3 time,and all time he refusing me to give 7/12 as my grandfather was not sold remaining balanced 7 r land.my grand father was died on march,up to 2014 the khata was active as per my knowledge .and after application of issuance of 7/12 talathi had closed the same account without mentioning any pher phar no. n khata book and transfer the same property to someone else account.kindly note the same and please provide me previous khata no. 593 7/12.and the who acquired the same land his/him details with his/him 7/12 and pher phar number ,so that i can know how this property transfer to anther person?,please provide me the xerox copy aggrement done at the time of of selling the property with my grandfathers signature.please sir/madam kindly consider my application and let me know all the details.
