my name is lalit kumar. i have a plot near sector-9 najafgarh road bahadurgarh distt. jhajjar. my plot khasra no. is 1072/2. this plot is registered on my grand mother smt. kamla devi. patwari of my city is not giving me accurate information about aquirement of this plot. so kindly give me a final result. that my plot is in aquirement or not...

hi,
i**** would like apply for property khatha transfer. i am in possesion of property located at same as mailing address. this propery has b- khatha. i want to transfer name from previous owner to my name.
can i know how much time will it take after application date ?
i have already applied in bbmp , kundalahalli signal office since 19th february 2013, till today , not received any information about it. the officer is not saying whether documents are proper .
please do the needful
Query regarding agricultural land division rule

i have some queries related to agricultural land division between family member which are below:
1. for a single piece of agricultural land having two ways/roads on its opposite side(i.e. there are two ways/roads linked with the disputed land, both way are on opposite side of land), what is the rule to distribute it equally among three parties?
2. what is the basic points are considered during division of agricultural land, i.e. kurrah bandi (in hindi)?
3. please give me the detail of main road(mukhya marg) attached with following piece of agricultural land:
khata no.- 143
khasra no.- 277
viiilage- kertu
paragana- bidauli
block- unn
tehsil- kairana
district- shamli
uttar pradesh
4. if a lekhpal submit kurrah report to the tehsil court, what are the points on which s.d.m cancel the report?
5. tell me all the rule of kurrahbandi (division of a piece of agricultural land) according to indian constitution.
