Information regarding - copy and details of a registered documents of house property

Dear sir,
i need a copy/details of a registered document of our house property. my parents jointly with some relatives bought a residential property in vijayawada in year 1978 or 1979 (which we are not sure).
we didn't have either the document number or the copy of the registered document.
when we approached sub-registrar office, vijayawada, they are saying that old records are not available with them as they were destroyed in some fire accident.
our relatives are not ready to show/give us a copy of these documents. moreover, they are claiming that we didn't had a share in the property.
could you please help me in getting some information (like document number, copy of document...) from sub-registrar office, vijayawada.

I purchased a dc conversion site in north bangalore limits. but the registration is pending for want of e-khata which is required for registration. i want to know is there any order passed by the state govt of karnataka not to issue e-khata for dc converted sites. pls do the needful.

I need information about signature verification in our forensic and science department.
.actually i am having agriculture land in my native it was grabbed by some persons in 1993 by signing like my grandfather .
my problem is they illegally registered my land as two half between two months gap .one portion on 8th month of 1993 and other on 12th month of 1993.
both document signatures are entirely different .
and i am having his original signature did by him on 1961 only.
1. can they verify the both 1993 documents and give report to land grabbing police without sending my 1961 document
