Information regarding: copy of letter issued to parksons cartamundi pvt. ltd. sanctioning conversion of agricultural land to non-agricultural (n/a) land

we are in need of (1) measurement plan showing area of land and 4 faces - mapni sheet showing area of land and chaturdisha - for land bearing survey no. 584 and 585. (2) lay out plan of entire project on land bearing survey no 584 and 585 of m/s. parksons cartamundi pvt. ltd owner of the said land. (3) n/a land – approved plan of said parksons cartamundi pvt. ltd., and (4) copy n/a letter of said parkons cartamundi pvt. ltd. also we are in need of lay out plan of 585 and 584 separately with area, if available.
1. land under survey no. 585 and 585 is situated in district valsad, gujarat state.
2. district valsad has one of the taluka called / name pardi taluka. pardi is also known as killa- pardi.
3. in pardi taluka there is a village name – umarsadi & in umarsadi there is an area called machhiwad.
4. land under survey no. 585 and 585 is situated in village umarsadi area machhiwad.
5. land under survey no. 585 was spitted in to 3 survey no. (1) 585 (2) 585/1 and (2) 585/2 before 585 was declare as a n/a plot.
6. 585 is converted into n/a plot. together with survey no. 584. land under survey no. and 585/1 and 585/2 is remain as agriculture land.
7. land under survey no 585/1 my self and my son as well as daughter are the owners. the reason for asking this is because according to your surveyor when he measured our portion of land i.e. 585/1, her found excess land then what is shown in 7 / 12 extract.

my father's grandfather had/has a land which is at vill: baganda (settelment office: jangipara) in howrah district.
we have a tax bill of that land but don't know where the actual land at there.
owner of the land: late ******** (died on 1970).
if you help us then we can share (dag,khathiyan etc) with you.
